However, the layout of the shared spaces could have been better organized, and some areas showed signs of wear. Additionally, while the staff was friendly, more personalized service would elevate the experience.

The sandy area outside leaves much to be desired. A paved or landscaped entrance would enhance the overall experience, as sand tends to cling to everything and isn’t ideal after a long day. Getting to the upper rooms requires navigating steep stairs, which can be a hassle if you're carrying heavy bags. Also, the balcony felt somewhat unsteady, signaling a need for reinforcements. Lastly, there was a lack of writing implements like a pen or notepad in the room, making it inconvenient to comply with the house rules promptly.

We had our own private entrance and a basket full of breakfast treats just waiting for us. The hot tub was turned on for us each night, and we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, like royalty.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess for this kind of peace and comfort, it was worth it.
